What Compose is

Compose is a general wellness and education product for men’s sexual wellness. It is not a medical device, not a prescription, and not FDA approved. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure ED, PE, or any condition. Not medical advice. It is not a replacement for your doctor. If you have persistent concerns, physical symptoms, or a health condition, consult a licensed physician — some causes are physiological and deserve direct medical care.

The protocol

Compose is a private 75-day guided protocol of short daily sessions (under ~15 minutes), along Protocol / Steady / Mastery, then Mastery Suite after — including partner tools. It is sold as a premium protocol membership through the App Store. Current price and billing terms are shown only in Apple’s checkout — this site does not list a dollar amount.

Not another Rx

Compose is not a pill, numbing spray, or prescription. It is not medical advice. If you use prescribed medication, that relationship stays with your doctor.

Acceptable use

You must be 18 or older. Do not reverse engineer the app, scrape private user records, or misrepresent Compose’s medical status in advertising.
