Privacy policy

Last updated: September 11, 2026. This page describes how ADW Living Ventures LLC (“Compose”) handles information in the Compose iPhone app and this website.

The short version

  • Notifications pass a stranger test — nothing a passerby can read as this.
  • Records encrypted on device.
  • Account is optional.
  • No data sales. Ever.

What we collect

An account is optional. If you create one, we store the email or sign-in method you choose so you can restore access. Session progress, Composure Score, Control Score, and journal-style records are stored on device and encrypted. We do not need your name, photos, or partner information to run the protocol.

Notifications

Reminders are written to pass a stranger test: a lock screen should not read as a sex or anxiety app to someone standing over your shoulder.

We do not sell data

Compose does not sell personal information. We do not build advertising profiles from your protocol. This site may use standard hosting logs (IP, user agent) to keep the page up. The app is not a social network.
