Where is my data stored?
On your device, and only there. Your progress, check-ins, and scores are never uploaded to our servers, and there's no account attached to you. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
How do I delete my data?
Because everything lives on your device, deleting the app deletes your data with it. Nothing about you remains with us.
Will the app be discreet on my phone?
Yes — by design. The app appears as "Compose" on your home screen, and notifications are written to be unremarkable to anyone who might glance at your lock screen.
What if I miss a day?
Nothing breaks. The research the protocol is built on shows a single missed day doesn't derail long-term progress — so there are no streak resets and no penalties. You simply pick up where you are.
How do I manage my membership or billing?
Memberships are handled by Apple. You can view or manage yours anytime in your device's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. For billing questions or issues, Apple handles those directly at support.apple.com/billing.
Is Compose a medical treatment?
No. Compose is a general wellness and education product built on established behavioral and somatic practices. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or cure any condition — and if you have persistent physical symptoms, a licensed physician is the right first stop.
