Terms of Use

Effective date: August 16, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Compose mobile application ("the app"), operated by ADW Living Ventures LLC, 4015 Travis Dr Ste 211 PMB 2332, Nashville, TN 37211, United States ("we," "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Compose is — and is not

Compose is a structured wellness and education program: guided audio sessions, breathing and physical conditioning exercises, journaling tools, and habit tracking, designed to support calm, presence, and confidence.

Compose is not medical care. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for care from a physician, urologist, or licensed therapist. Sexual health difficulties can have physical causes that deserve medical evaluation — if you are experiencing persistent difficulties, talk to a doctor. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something in this app. If you experience pain during any exercise, stop.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Compose.

3. Purchases

Compose Membership (auto-renewable subscription). Access to Compose is provided through a membership, offered in two terms:

The membership unlocks the full 75-day program, the on-demand practice library, and — from Day 76 — the Mastery Suite. There are no other purchases, no consumables, and no free trial. The exact price is always shown in the app and confirmed by the App Store before you buy, and may vary by country or storefront.

For the membership:

All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policies at support.apple.com/billing. Restoring purchases on a new device is available via "Restore Purchases" in the app.

4. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control. All content in the app — audio programs, scripts, text, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, resell, record, or create derivative works from any app content.

5. Your account and your data

An account is optional. Compose is fully functional without one, in which case your entries and progress stay on your device and we hold no copy of them.

If you create an account, your protocol progress, self-ratings, and entries are saved to our servers so your record follows you across devices and survives a reinstall. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. You may delete your account and everything in it at any time from inside the app, at You → Settings → Account → Delete Account; deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What we store, how it is protected, and who processes it is described in full in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app; not to use it in violation of any law; not to share, resell, or provide access to your account to anyone else; and not to misrepresent app content as medical advice to others.

7. Disclaimers

8. Limitation of liability

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of the above may not apply to you.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it, and you may delete your account from within the app. We may terminate or suspend access for violation of these Terms. Sections 4, 7, and 8 survive termination.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date above; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
